Within a couple of nights we had stopped the bedtime battles, was able to move my son’s bedtime, and very quickly noticed fewer nighttime wakes. Now, a couple of weeks later, he is happy to go to bed and sleeps all night through - sometimes, he even wants a lie in!

We went from waking every 2-4hours with high anxiety nights to longer & more consistent sleeps {maybe one night waking, to full nights!}. Nakayla helped MY WHOLE FAMILY, we couldn’t have done it without her. Our wellbeing as a whole has greatly improved. My little girl is now calm and confident with bedtime, rather than stressed and anxious.
